What's best, skipping or running? I want to get pretty fit but still have a little weight.?

skipping is pretty bad for the knees. Running is okay if you do it on softer ground, like grass and some tracks are made to absorb some of the impact.

skipping makes u lighter, running is very,very good.Dont start very fast.Go slowly and incresase your distance evry day.Dont take water when this is on. If u know how to swim it is the best bet. U need to see me, it is very effective. swimming is by far the best way to shed weight.(not playing with water but swimming)either swimming or jugging is good. Try to time ur self and dont drink water when this is on.dont start up this exercise anytime stick to a paticular time evryday.Also reduce ur intake of sugar. Early morning glass of water is quite essential.U can take it before u start ur exercise.
