How can i press charges on my borther for nearly killing me?

Well, about 30 minutes ago my borther came up to me and said get off the damn computer and i said now so he started a fist fight and then lifted up my leg and pushed me back and i fell hit my head on a chair and got the wind knocked out of me. I am 13 years old, is a 13 year old able to press charges? My borther is so stupid. My back is in serious pain right now and my head is killing, no cuts or bruises.

go to the hospital when they ask what happen they should call the police if they think its bad enough to get the police involed. better call 911 and tell them what happened and tell him you want police and EMS to your house. they police and investigate and talk to the EMTs and find from them and the doctors how bad your injuries are. hope this helps .oh and make sure you tell your mom and dad
