Some of these symptoms have been described in health related books I've read from the library and they are to do with certain deficiencies -meaning, inadequate vitamin intake. In the modern way of eating, people often do not get the right amount of vital vitamins for health. You could look up what to expect when deficient in for instance, some of the B group vitamins. Educating yourself is making you understand what to expect, and what you can do about it yourself!
Otherwise, I would be concerned and seek a proper diagnosis from a qualified doctor, as you don't want to play round with your health.
Good luck! what brings these symptoms one? is it something you are thinking about?
are you taking any medications already? could be side effects..
i would go to your doctor just to be sure what could be the problem
to me, it sounds like anxiety or panic attacks anxiety
