i have a tear in my bisep tendon . any info?

Rest: relative rest, avoid lifting any moderate to heavy weights with that arm
Ice: ice the Bicep for 15 minutes every hour
Compression: wrap an ace wrap around the arm to control swelling
Elevation: elevate the arm above the heart level to control swelling

See your physician if it is a large tear. You will need to rest and not play sports for a few weeks to allow it to heal.
