I take one pill of Dormicum every night to sleep, does this affect my brain? What damage can it do?

I want to know if taking one Dormicum pill every night really harms me, I have been taking one pill every night for the last year, is it very bad for me? Please let a doctor answer this question. thanks

May I suggest you don't do that bcoz in the long run your body will be building resistent to this drug and sooner or later you will require higher dosage or stronger ones. All drugs comes with a side effect and so called calculated benefit/risk. I can't say for sure i will or not affect your brain but function wise, yes.
Try something like do a simple reading or take some supplement to help your body system.
