What can we do with allergic rhinitis?

Question:

Answers:
Do a salt water rinse of your nose and nasal passages. Make sure the water and bowl are clean, and wash your hands and face well with hypo-allergenic soap before you do this.

Eat a spoonful of clover honey twice a day.

Go see a wholistic health doctor. Seems you may have already been to an AMA doc. Nothing wrong with that. But you max your chances of a remedy.
Minimize dust in the house. Don't keep your windows open - running the a/c helps filter the air. An air purifier, especially in the bedroom at night. Stay away from pollen, and get a Dyson vacuum if you can. Don't sleep with pets. Cover your mattress and pillows in the covers that are dust mite barriers.

I use Actifed for my rhinitis, and sometimes Claritin.
