I accidently drank 2 doses of Centrum in one day, one in the morning and one at night, is this okay?

The iron is the only concern for overdose but Centrum does not have allot of iron so no need to worry!

I don't think it will hurt you,because they are spaced out pretty far in the time..But taking 2 vits..isn't going to bother you.

I would assume taking any dose of Centrum may be a problem. It contains industrial waste products like nickelous Sulfate, Cupric Oxide and Sodium Borate..none of which are appropriate for human consumption.
