It happens when I lie down for a while as well. When I get up, I'm really dizzy. I checked my blood pressure and it's fine. Any suggestions?

Sometimes it can be from dehydration. Drink more water.

Maybe low blood sugar?? You may need to eat something. headrush. when you lie down, your blood is distributed differently than when you stand up. there is more blood in your head when you are lying down, so when you stand, the blood rushes out of your head and you feel lightheaded.

first get up closley and keep ur eyes close. so the blood in ur head starts to slow dont and cerculte it helps me
