at the most basic level, there is something that is irritating going on in the lower abdomen. but there are a lot of possibilities. it could be something as simple as a large gas bubble that is putting pressure on the intestines. it could be something more serious involving the intestines, such as a blockage, rupture, or infection, such as appendicitis. you don't say if you are female, but if you are, then the reproductive organs could also be the source of the pain, like an ovarian cyst, uterine infection, ovulation, etc.
if the pain is minor, and you don't have a fever, you could wait a while. if it has been going on for a while, or if the pain is severe, you should see a doctor immediately.
you probably have an ulcer or something wrong with your appendix if it hurts rly badly. get it checked out immediatly
is there any other symptoms other than that? maybe you are having a gastroenteritis. the acid in your stomach are increasing.avoid wine,coffee,cola-and manage stress and depression,
