If it is not wise to give B injections(legally) Why is there so Meany people that self inject muscularly?

Question: In Q1 it was asked, can i give Bcom injections. 1 out of 5 said no, it is not a good idea. Q2 it was asked,what is the legal situation concerning giving injections. All answered it is a no go area.
So why are many people self injecting,if it is legally wrong?

Answers:
Self injecting is different from giving injections to others (especially for pay). Many doctors suggest self-injections so the patients do not have to come in monthly.
