There normal, mens breast develop, though not as much as women. Some guys get them some dont, it nothing to worry about, they'll go away, your fine. I had them once to, actually it was about 8 months ago.

I do not know what kind of lumps you are talking about. But here are some possiblities.
1. They could be ingrown hairs. Ingrown hairs are hairs that did not break through to the surface of the skin and are growing under the skin, sometimes they can cause pain. You can mash them like a pimple then pull out with a twis the hair.
2. Their are little lumps that naturely grow around the breast area of both men and women. They are nothing to worry about.
3. Men can also develope breast cancer. If so you need to go to a doctor and get checked
4. You breast could be sore because they are being rubbed by your clothing, or you have developed an allergy either to your bath soap, or your clothes washing soap.
5. You could have been pinched or hit in the breast area and that is the cause of the lumps. And injury.
