Is it dangerous if I take both 10mg Starnoc and 7.5mg Zopiclone to prevent withdrawal while switching meds?

Question:

I have been taking Zopiclone for several months and now have to switch to Starnoc. I took Starnoc last night and couldn't get to sleep because I am so used to taking Zopiclone (2x7.5mg) and probably was experiencing withdrawal. So I want to take the Starnoc and half the Zopiclone dose to kind of ween myself off of it. Is this dangerous?

Answers:
You really need to talk to a doc or your pharmacy about this. it can be dangerous. the doc should be able to help you make the switch and not feel any withdrawal problems
