Answers:
Well first i thought that is an easy question :S
I "think" iam a morning person, though i definitely hit the snooze button really a lot (one time i kept waking up every 10 minutes for 2 whole hours :D)
i only stay up late on saturdays as i have the next day off:), but normally i like to do all my stuff in the morning, yup definitely a morning person "i guess" :S..
I'm a night person stuck in an early morning job :(
morning, I wake up before the alarm goes off
Most definately a night person!
morning person, this is the normal routine and that the days are longer than nights so sometimes i even have to extend my working days till night.. hahaha i guess both
you must consult the psychiatry about your problem,or sleeping management expert that is not goog to your health.try take busy allday and then take a bath lukewarm take dinner, drink water, milk and a little relax read books thats the time your in bed. no tv inside the room no tictacs of clocks no caffien.
Most of the time I am a morning person--I wake up anxious to start my day. Occasionally, though not often, I have a problem sleeping at night. I get up to watch TV or play on the computer. In those instances, morning comes too soon. I think a person is really better off if they follow the old adage--Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy & wise. Have a good day!
I am definitely a night person. I was even born one minute before midnight! As a child, I was always the last person to go to bed in a family of five. They're morning folks and couldn't understand it. Back then, I was reading until the wee hours. Now, the computer keeps me up, TV (do you know how many good documentaries & great movies come on late at night into the morning?) and sometimes, I even clean! I work a P/T 2nd job to pay off my student loans, so it's hard to wind down when I get in after midnight. THEN, the time changed...
