Ever been hit by lightning and lived?

Question:

I was hit about 20 years ago when I was 12. I think it traveled through the water on the ground and not a direct hit. It's a fuzzy memory but I think I was knocked out for a bit. When I came to I was kind of blind and had little muscle or speech control. That went away after about 10 minutes or so. I never went to a doctor for it, wasn't sure what happened at the time. A couple of days later I found burned tree roots in the area. Maybe it's unrelated but I have anxiety and insomnia pretty often. I sleep about 4 hours any night usually. Anyone have any personal experience they can share? Hope u r ok

my friend got hit while on the golf course and it blew off both his feet, they said it was because the suit he had on was wet and the ground was damp after a heavy shower,
he want to know if anyone wants to buy his golf shoes cheap..

Well, i didn't get hit by lightning. But my aunt did. She got directly hit and lived...but she doesn't really remember that much from b4 she got hit. Idk how, but it made her have sum sort of amnesia. She can walk and stuff but has sum mental disabilities. We're just glad that shes alive! Shes doing fine, and i told her about u, as a matter of fact, shes sitting w/ me right now! She says ur a very lucky young man, and i fully agree w/ her.
I think that ur story is pretty amazing...
