why are some over the counter drugs labeled "maximum strength"?

Question: and like do they make the normal strength after they come out with the maximum strength? and if so, who would really want to buy the regular strength if they have maximum strength?

Answers:
its just advertising there is reg. straight and max straight. max has more of the main ingrediant in it
