loss of taste and smell?

Question:

i recently had a cold and its lelt me with blocked sinuses.at the moment i cant taste anything or smell .i just put a good few drops of olbas oil into a basin ,with boiling hot water.,put a towel ovver my head ,and inhaled it ,to no avail ,any suggestions please?

can be blocked sinuses and am afraid just have to wait on them clearing themselves but if its painful or goes on for more than 3/4 wks go see your doc

Oh I had that, it means you caught the flu. I just ate whatever I hated like okra and stuff, because I was severly underweight by then. and it relieved after 2-3 weeks.
