I am 42 yrs and i lifted my daughter (25 kgs) ystrday and hav'd headache since then. what's up with my head?

i opened my left eye with difficulty this morning. previously i had had an inch long operation on my back a week ago in order to remove a cyst i had had for the last four years. there is no damage to the healing wound. but i feel lot of headache and burning sensation on my left head. could there be any damage to blood vessels/nerves in brain due to the lifting of 25 kg weight. please someone guide!
