Skin Condition?

Question: In my early years I participated on a softball league and slid into home plate numerous accounts. I cut up my ankle many times, my skin having a scab and then it healing only to be cut open again. There is a brown circle in the same place, and it isnt a scar for it is under the skin. Could you please give me advice, as to what procedures I may have to go through to make it disappear?
ps mederma is for scars, this isnt a scar, its underneath a layer of skin

this might be serious. You might have dirt under your skin which may cause a lot of swelling. I recommend you strongly go to the doctor. If you leave it that way, your leg might get really swollowed and something bad might happen.
