i get migraines all the time.one thing to do is put an ice pack on your forehead and temples.another thing to do is to go into a dark,cool place to lie down and sleep.

Watch the foods that you eat before you get a migraine. Think about what you're eating and if you're getting enough water.
cold compresses to the back of your neck and forehead. caffeinated drinks can also help.
stay way from caffine
stay away from yogurt and bananas. try a cold compress on the back of your neck and dim the lights in the room you are in. Computer glare not great help in this.
