I just found out that Omega fatty 3 acids found in fish and fish oil supplements soften receptor cells in the brain and help W/ My son who has A.D.H.D. And I take them for Bi-polar.I wake-up refreshed (take @ night) and ready to go. I use Nature Made brand Odorless (w/ regular fish oil supplements, The coating on them is too thin and You end-up With a fishy taste.) With these I have never tasted fish even once. They have and extra thick coating that will not release the oil until it reaches the lower intestine, & They work great. a bottle of 60 from Rite Aid costs $9.99 and they help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease also. Or You can go to the health food store and buy flavored packets of it. It is very beneficial. Try it! Great luck! I hope This helps! It helps me. God Bless!
P.S. these are a 1200mg supplement.IT also helps keep You regular, naturally. (no loose stool, just no constipation.) Kinda gross, but also beneficial info.
One 75mg dispersable aspirin with food to thin the blood as to the rest I'm putting you on my watch list as I'm interested to read other answers.
