Get a bath, apply some crab lotion and stop sleeping around.

try to live in a clearner place..or use the anti insects spray, electic thing in the room, the mosquitos pills over the night, and wear long sleaves, and paints all the time.."socks" are really important.
atleast that's what i used to do back when i lived in malaysia, and the insects were like BILLIONS after the rain.
