My daughter, when she was 6, was taking that, and she had a terrible side effect. she was having severe hallucinations. we thought she was just having nightmares, but they were happening during the day, and at school. I didn't know that was a side effect, but once she started screaming, and scratching her face, I called the Dr. it is a very rare side effect, but she had it. it was awful
