Massage the ball of your foot then the toes, heel and arch, rotate the ankle then soak in warm salt water.
try stretching your foot. stretch the leg out and move the foot up and back. repeat this. It WILL help the tension in the muscles
hot a few min. then cold few rub a lot stay off of them
sit down ,prop it up on a pillow .put ice on it and stay off of it.
