Yes I always seem to get a headache. I hate central heating Its really dehydrating and i always forget to drink water when its cold, that prob has something to do with it i reckon.
It's not cold enough yet in southern California, but check your filters if you have central heating.

If you use natural gas, ask the gas company to check for radon or carbon dioxide leaks. They'll do it for free.
SUGGEST YOU TURN IT OFF NOW. NOT TOMORROW NOW.

Mine went on a few weeks ago, and I know what you mean. Think it's because of the dry air.

But, a note of caution. If you keep feeling like that, might be an idea to get your gas appliances checked. Carbon monoxide poisoning can produce feelings like that.
central heating dries nasal passages and throats alike causing stuffiness and dry coughs. It takes the moisture out of the air and always gives me a slight headache and slight dizziness. I was told to put small pots of water around the rooms to counteract this.try it, you may find a difference. Also, for same affect, to replace lost moisture, try drying your wasshing on the radiators.
i got the same experience. i even developed a tight wheezy chest and had to use an inhaler. this is very odd.
the heatings been on for a week at the least but yesterday i was ill with a runny nose, heavy eyes, bad head etc.funnily enough i feel fine 2day.
