my lump on head wont go?

Question:

i bannged my head last night and my lump still has not gone and i am still in pain. i couldn't even sleep last night.
what do you recomend i do and what might i have done to it? please give me some advice.

Unless you've got blurred vision, dizziness or are nauseous you probably don't have a concussion. Just place an ice pack on your bump for as long as you can manage it and take some aspirin or Tylenol and you should be fine in 8 to 12 hours. If the bump and pain persist you should probably see your doc. Good luck!
