Um there blood when i poop, could this be anything to do with my kidneys as I have a pain where there are..?

If it was yourkidneys, the blood woud be in your urine instead. Some possilbe causes of blood in the poop include hemmorhoids, intestinal bleeding, ulcers, too much red jello and colorectal cancer, to name a few. You should be seen by a doctor if it persists

Blood in poop has nothing to do with your kidneys as they are to do with urine. Poop comes from your bowels. If this is a recent problem the quicker you get it checked the less likely it will become extra serious. Good luck.
It could be a form of IBS or some irritation/inflammation that is causing the blood to enter your poop. It could also be that you are wiping your a.r.s.e too vigorously - you could try 'moist' tissues.
Still, if you're worried I would definitely go to see the Dr.

Is it fresh blood or dark, gooey blood like tar? If it is fresh blood, it is likely being caused by a fissure or a hemorrhoid. The blood is most likely from hemorrhoids. But get it checked out because it could be colon cancer.
go and see a doctor for check up, feel your stomack and kidneys and send you for a ultrasound scan test and blood, faeces and urine tests. early treatment is always best and there are a lot of treatments right now.
If the problem was with your kidneys you would have blood in your urine. Blood with poo could be piles (hemorrhoids). Best see your Dr as soon as poss. If piles can be eased with Anusol cream, this can be bought over the counter at Chemists. But be safe than sorry, see the Dr.
