what is the best way to get to get the muscle back on your calf after having it in plaster so many times?

in 2003 i was in a cast for 5 weeks and 5 days i had already had a declined mucle mass in that leg due to to past opperations that left me in a cast as a result of thease opperations my calf has lost nearly all the muscle mass

Exercise with an acompanying physiotherapist is recomended. Your doctor can refer you to a physio.

Haha, well, when you walk, try to walk fast and keep knee bending to the minimal (if you can)--> it takes time though (natural way) for muscle to buildup
go to the gym and use the leg press
start runnning/. and when u see small results..use one of those calf machines at a gym
calf raises with weights and bicycling got my calf muscles in shape and with some bulk. also whenever your just standing around waiting or something put just the tips of you toes on a raised surface like a sidewalk and your body kinda hanging in air then lower and raise your body with your calf muscles.
