Question:

Answers:
????? Who's authority? Are you the store manager?

If someone (either an employee or customer) gets hurt in your store, you HAVE to call 9-1-1. They will dispatch the police and/or paramedics. If you try to handle an emergency without calling for help immediately, you and the store could be sued.

The the professionals handle it.
i don't know if i understand your question, but if it's a medical emergency and your CPR certified and you offer to help then you've committed to the situation and have to follow the rules exactly until either a. the person is revived, b. you pass out from exhaustion, or c. help arrives and takes over
