heLLo sUnShInE! so basically i'm a lifeguard, i've had the burns and i have the sunburn scar to prove my stupidity! always always always use 50 sph or higher sunblock that is the best you can get.apply it every two hours! don't you use the crap that will give you a "nice tan" cuz it will give you a "nice burn" now you can put something moist on it or definitely get aloe a great aloe product is bath and body works lotion it contains aloe and smells pretty also! you can buy aloe gel at a drug store that contains some form of medicine that helps heal burns! i use either ocean potion 50 sph sunscreen it works well and i smells like oranges or coppertone extreme sport 50 sph! remember apply often!

Homemade - rub white vinegar on the sunburn. If you can buy some aloe lotion or noxema. It's soothing

Go to Walgreens or Osco (not sure) they have this gel called AloeVera it's green and you can see through the bottle. It really works!! I used it on my kids and they are good. Pick up some Solarcaine. It's got aloe to soothe your skin, but it also contains a small amount of lidocaine which will numb your skin. Works like a champ!

Sunblock that works great is Coppertone Sport in SPF 45 or higher. I have it and it is totally awesome and I have never gotten burt with it on.i'm blonde and very pale skin.

Aloe gel is the best for sunburns. It helps relieve pain and helps heal w/o peeling.
