Can you take Aspirin & Acetaminophen (Paracetemol)?

Question:
Can you take Aspirin and Acetaminophen (called Paracetamol in UK) at the same time?

I was wondering because I sometimes take Aspirin before bed and other times take Tylenol PM, which contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.

Thanks ;)

Answers:
although it probably won't hurt you to take both at the same time..it's best to try one first and then in about 4 hours if it's not working take the other.

guidelines for aspirin are no more than 650mg every 4h and for tylenol it's 1000mg every 4h

Other Answers:
Yes, I can. I rule.

Yes, you can. The medication called Excedrin is simply acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. If Excedrin can sell it, it must be safe. no, no
if you do you will develop an allergy (sometimes severe) for both of them.

If you take Excedrin, you'll be taking aspirin & acetaminophen combined in one tablet.
Diphenhydramine is benedryl.
All of them are safe. yes you can. the two should be taken at least two hours apart.
but they are a great fever reducer even though ibuprofen and acetaminophen work much better

Don't take acetaminophen after drinking-liver damage.
