sesame seeds. how much is too much and can they hurt your digestive track.?

Question:
diet fiber foods // seeds

Answers:
My partner is on a strict diet and as part of his diet he has to have seeds. You can only have a certain amount of sesame seeds, so 1 tablespoon per day is all that is allowed. I beleive it can upset your digestive system if you eat too much of it. He also has to have pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.
What I do for him is sprinkle them over his salad at night and it tastes really nice that way. Hope this helps you. Poppet from Australia
