does anyone know what you can do about burcitis? i have?

Question:

had it for 6 years now and it goes away sometimes but comes back every now and then. i have looked into surgery but dont want to do that. naproxin used to work but it doesnt seem to work as good anymore. i ahve been to the doctor and he just showed me some excercies to do with my arm but it doesnt work. it is in my right and left shoulders. thanks

Sounds like it is something else other than bursitis.. As I have stated many times.... when all else fails, it is time to see a chiropractor.

Sometimes steroid shots can help with this condition. Or even pain injections, speak with your healthcare provider about this.
