how do u get rid of back pain due to bulged disc?
Question:
Answers:
Your doctor should have you seeing a physical therapist. If you don't want to do that see a chiropractor who does myofascial release technique. That'll help with the spasms. Ice the area to reduce swelling. Anti-inflamatory meds or muscle relaxers to deal with pain and spasms. If these things don't help see about getting a cortisone injection. That may help with the swelling.

See a doctor
you don't. you can either have surgery, which only works about 50% of the time, or learn to live with the pain. Go see a doctor or chiropractor and lots of ice
Physical therapy can help. Sometimes you can get injected with an anesthesia but you can only do that 3 times depending on its status. Surgery is the last result. I have 2 herniated disks and I just live with them.
