I go to a chiropractor and she aligns my body and works the muscles very gently. I go about once every 5-6 weeks. It has helped tremendously. I don't get the excruciating pains anymore and it also helps with headaches as it relieves pressure. Sciatica is painful from the back of the hip to your feet. Give it a try, it will help.
