What type of spider bite makes your bones hurt?

Question:

Answers:
A brown recluse or other spider bite usually causes a local reaction or abscess rather than a systemic reaction (all over). The bite may be a tick bite. If it is, and from a rocky mountain spotted tick, you can develop a fever, headache and pain in the bones, especially joints and the back. You need to be evaluated by a doctor and have a lymes test done to see if it was a tick. Bear in mind tho, that alot of times the first lymes test may be negative even tho you may have it, so you may need tested more than once. Spider bite will cause redness, pain, heat at the bite site, get progressively worse and if its a brown recluse, the center will start to get necrotic (black) and abscess. Please get checked.

If bone pain is present, please go to your Dr. This could be a serious sign of infection. Do you have a temp? Is there redness, swelling, or warmth in the area? You need to be evaluated.
