i keep breaking blood vessels in my fingers, can someone tell me why?

id talk to your doc first thing but you may need to strengthen your blood vessels. although onions sauerkraut cabbage and garlic will do this your doc may pu you on meds take car good luck.

is it just your finger or other parts of your body? is it really painful? if you said yes to both it could be hemophilia..thats where your blood doesnt clot..you should talk to a doctor

breaking blood vessels is also known as a bruise..maybe you got your finger caught in a door?
