im having a school report in EMS and i have a few questions if anyone could help me please it would be most appreciated.

1. as being the ems agency as you paid, volunteer, or a combination of both?
2. what level of ems provider are you?
3. what would happen when the ems agency that would respond to my home is out on another call and i need medical assistance?

if anyone is an EMS agent please help me or if anyone knows some answers please feel free to help too thank you so much!

Answers:
1. Paid
2. Paramedic
3. In the event that your ems provider is unable to respond to your home for some reason, they would rely on their mutual aid system. What this means is that they would look at where your home is located and send the closest available ambulance from another service or community. If they determine through the series of questions that trained dispatchers ask that your emergency is not life threatening (i.e. heart attack or shortness of breath, etc.) they may delay sending an ambulance to you immediately and send you an ambulance from your local ems agency as soon as it becomes available (this is like being triaged when you go to the ER-serious patients get seen first while less serious wait). One other thing to remember is that even if an ambulance isn't immediately available, other first responders can be dispatched to your house to help you until an ambulance arrives. Hope this answers your questions.
Question three is not written very clearly. You may get a better response if you rewrite that question. There seems to be a lot of typing mistakes in your query.
