With a broken nose you will have the following: Pain, swelling, the nose appears crooked or bent out of shape, bleeding, runny nose, bruising around the nose and/or eyes, a grating sound (crepitus) when the nose is touched or rubbed, clogged nasal passages.

press the top of your nose, does it hurt? if it does, then it's broken. but you should go see a doctor anyways since it's hurting so much
go to the DOCTOR!! generally it does not break so easily as it is made up of cartilage and bone is placed deep inside . it would pain for few days due to trauma. but if blood comes out or difficulty in breating occurs than consult a doc
when it is hurting so much than it definitely means that you have some injury.but consult to a doctor otherwise you cannot sleep tonight
