Question about eating.?

Question:
Let's say you eat something different and it upsets your stomach. You get rid of it from a bowl movement with 10 minutes of eating. Do you still retain the nutrition or calories from this food, or did you body just throw it all away?

Answers:
You cannot get rid of it within 10 minutes of eating it, your digestive system works much too slowly for that. By the time you do get rid of it through a bowel movement, yes the nutrition and calories will be retained.

Other Answers:
No, that is just part of the digestive system (having bowl movements after eating). Your body stores and uses the calories and nutrition.

Eating can get your bowels moving, but what you are moving is not just what you ate. Whatever you pass out is not what you just eaten. Don't worry, you are very normal and healthy.
