Sciatica ~ are you having a bad experience?

Question:
wow, I have not been diagnosed yet but I'm sure it's my problem
I have pain from my buttox down to my toes. Primarily in my lower leg now.. ouch.

Answers:
Well - then go for a manual one-time treatment called Atlasprofilax. The better pressure distribution in your spine lets the body heal itself, so the symptoms will disappear.

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's really worth travelling far.

Other Answers:
Sciatica is a term people throw around too easily. It may be sciatica, but it may also be degenerative disc disease, a herniated nucleus propulsus (disc), spondylosis, etc. Many back and hip diagnoses involve lower extremity nerve symptoms (known as radiculopathy).

Visit your doctor for a proper diagnosis. He can refer you to an orthopedic specialist or neurologist. Physical therapy will also help. They can treat the problem (utilizing various treatment techniques including: mobilizations, stretches, core strengthening exercises, traction, ultrasound, electric stimulation) and teach you how to avoid back/hip pain in the future.
