How can I get Medical Help for my cousin?

Question:
A stray bullet hit my cousing Mo in 1991 and he barely survived the incident. The doctors at the time said that it would be too dangerous to operate as it was too close to the brain, the bullet has travelled down to the back of the skull and away from the skull. Problem is that the hospitals are unable to perform the kind of surgery my cousin needs in Somalia. I am looking for relief or humanitarian organisation that would be able to help him by linking him to a hospital or clinic performing surgery on him to remove the bullet. I have contacted Children First Foundation in Australia but to no avail. My question is: how do I contact hospitals to review the case (is there a particular person or department that deals with it?). I am drawing straws at the moment, any advice is much appreciated. thank you in advance.

Answers:
try a charity called Humanity First which helps all over the world at www.humanityfirst.org. I hope and pray that something works out soon for your cousin. Bless you for trying for him.
You might talk to someone from a state department or a go to the hospital directly and ask them for numbers and names of organizations as well as a copy of his hospital records so that you can get these organizations a copy. that is the best I can tell you.
