Triage nurses assess the severity of each individual's presenting concern and prioritize who gets taken into the ER to be seen more quickly than others based upon urgency of care needed.

Triage is a process of sorting injured people into groups based on their need or likely benefit from immediate medical treatment. It is used on battlefields, emergency departments an disaster sites when medical resources must be allocated.
This is not the forum for teaching you triage. The ususal way would be to work in an emergency room to learn the skill.
