For nurses only.?

Question:
Could you please tell me how to do triage in the ER? Thanks in advance

Answers:
Triage nurses assess the severity of each individual's presenting concern and prioritize who gets taken into the ER to be seen more quickly than others based upon urgency of care needed.

In other words, for example, a person presenting to the ER having a heart attack is deemed to be in greater need for immediate care than a person who presents with a three week old earache.

You cannot be serious!! No responsible professional is going to answer that. Are you meaning to impersonate or persuade someone that you know or impress them?? very foolish you will come unstuck and what is more it is a criminal offence!

Triage is a process of sorting injured people into groups based on their need or likely benefit from immediate medical treatment. It is used on battlefields, emergency departments an disaster sites when medical resources must be allocated.
This is not the forum for teaching you triage. The ususal way would be to work in an emergency room to learn the skill.
