i had the flu real bad, and now i can't smell or taste. how long does that last??

iIwas in bed for 3 weeks and the flu turned into brocitis and now i can't smell or taste any thing and it realy worries me. It's been about a month since this happen , And i see no improvment

you can not taste food because you can't smell it.and don't worry your nose will recover.I had a sinus infection and once I recovered I couldn't taste anything for about 3 months.I hated eating.just be patient your nose will come back

Don't know how long the taste thing will last, but if you don't wash for a few days, YOU CERTAINLY WILL SMELL AGAIN.

Perhaps you used Zicam during your illness. A side effect of that drug is loss of smell and taste senses. don't worry, you will get better
