Nope, completely different.
it is classified as a narcotic. but not very powerful in my experience. if it doesn't work tell your Doctor. to me it's not much better than aspen is to kill pain
No alot weaker and totally different drugs in them!
Darvocet is a little stronger than tylenol, but its main ingredient is the same, acetaminophen. Darvocet may be addicting since it has propoxylene in it, so beware if you take it for long period of time..
