You really need to ask your doctor that question-could be all of your conditions. Important you report this to your doctor for if you aren't eating this will eventually seriously affect your blood pressure where it'll go even lower which can be if left untreated fatal. Is anything being done to get rid of the cyst and the kidney stone-must be painful--if you are taking pain medication especially if that pain medication contains codeine that may(note I said MAY only for am not MD) explain why you can't eat-does it make you nauseous when you eat-that is a side effect of some pain medications. But please call your doctor before your condition(s) get much worse.
When I had this problem it was due to excess acid in the stomach...easily treated, see your doctor. It may be that medication you are on is causing the excess acid (if that's what it is).
