Practice Meditation after learning it.
Some Begin like this;
Choose a time preferably be four dinner.
Sit in a chair which is most comfortable.
Relax your body from your toes to your head coming up from toes.
Feel the relaxation.
Close your eyes.
Thoughts will start coming,let it come ask it to go.this process will keep on going and you will not allow any thought to stay.
Keep complete silence do not open your eyes.
Hear the sounds near all around you,very near & then try very far.
Think you are in search of a place.
You are wlking.
You are tired walking.
You want to drink water
There is no water
You keep Walking.
You are vry tired.
You want water very badly But can't find.
You keep walking.
Suddenly you see a big house in a isolated place.
You think you have water there
You go there.
The gates are closed.
You push the gates & it opens
You see the big house but no one to ask for water.
You step on the Lawns.
It is cool.
You enjoy the coolness below your feet.
You feel happy.
You keep walking on the lawn.
Suddenly you se a water tap.
You drink water after wasing your legs hands & face.
You are happy.
You look around and see a lake surrounded by fruit bearing trees.
You eat some fruits.
You feel happy.
Now you feel tired.
You sit under a tree shade.
You are now sleeping
You have slept the whole night
Early morning Birds starting their sounds wakes you up.
You wake up.
Now you see all wounderful things.
Remember your home.
You have to get back
You are completely relaxed-----OK Try-Good luck.( Note below)
What ever I have told you must immagin only closing our eyes.
You must also open your eyes very slowly when you come to the point where you hear the sound of birds.
Do not jump from one item to other.
Enjoy them fully whatever it is.
