how long will these caffeine headaches last?

Question: I am trying to quit drinking coke ( I was up to 4 cans a day!!) and I have quit cold turkey to drink water instead. Any one gone thru this and dealt with these caffeine withdrawal headaches?

I quit drinking caffiene drinks about 10 years ago and if i remember right it took about a week and a half to get the headaches to go away.

yes. it probably differs from person to person, but it took about a week for mine to stop. good luck. not that I am advocating any particular drug, but Exedrin has caffeine in it and would probably help with the headache.
