I fell down the stairs and now I can't feel any sensation from the shoulders down. I got my girlfriend to carry me to ask.com to find out if I've broken my neck?

I agree strongly with the first poster - You require professional medical care! I would advise being transported by an ambulance and crew who have the knowledge necessary to properly immobilize your neck before moving you around too much
