I feel some movement in my lower abdomen just one inch upper from the base of penis but now pain. What is it?

I am feeling from this morning I never felt like this before.

well i have had 7 boys but never heard of this.. one of my boys did get a hernia that was real painful.. but you know if this does not go away then you will have to seek medical attention.. i know this is probably the last thing you want to do but when you start feeling pain it is a sign that something is wrong.. i read the other answers that said take a stool softener and i do not think that is where you would hurt.. but i really do not have the answer either.. have you had any unusual exercise lately?? or could you have a disease that could be treated if you are sexually active? best thing to do is go to the doctor.granted my boys did not tell me everything..so this is what i would do if i was faced with this.
