Depends on your age & build
it's lower than normal, but if you feel yourself good, it can be considered as your working blood pressure.

Yes that is good and if you are older that is even better.

Blood pressure is always given as these two numbers, the systolic and diastolic pressures. Both are important. Usually they are written one above or before the other, such as 120/80 mmHg. The top number is the systolic and the bottom the diastolic. When the two measurements are written down, the systolic pressure is the first or top number, and the diastolic pressure is the second or bottom number (for example, 120/80). If your blood pressure is 120/80, you say that it is "120 over 80."
Your systolic (upper) number is a little low; however, some people are blessed with lower pressure than others. I wouldn't worry about it unless the systolic goes under 100. Jump around a little and it will go up!

keep it under control and rest will be fine
That's a bit low, but that's not a bad thing! In fact, if somebody annoys you and your blood pressure rises it'll still be within the normal range. So no strokes and other similar diseases for you (well if you make sure you don't smoke, don't eat fat and take up regular exercise that is!).
my daughter has the same reading , and she has low blood pressure.she is 25 , vwgeterian , eats very healthily. goes to the gym a lot ,the only thing is if she doesent have a good brekfast she feels faint and has actually passed out on three occasions ,whwre her doctor told her to drink strong coffee with plenty of sugar , hope to have been of some help.
